How can we communicate regarding the services provided?

Prior to teaching, a meeting (either face to face, online or via telephone) can be scheduled to discuss details of the services offered.

 

Can you tailor lessons to fit our curriculum?

Yes. This will be important to avoid students getting confused or contradicting anything that has already been taught.

 

Can lessons be cancelled?

Where possible, lessons must be cancelled with 48 hours’ notice. We do realise that emergencies can arise and ask that for any cancellation, we are informed as soon as possible.

 

How do you charge for your services?

Following any provision, schools will be sent an invoice, payable within 30 days.
